Sworders' eco-friendly saleroom and head office is conveniently located on the Cambridge Road (B1383), just half a mile north of the village of Stansted Mountfitchet, on the border of Essex and Hertfordshire. This award-winning facility boasts 250 parking spaces, loading and unloading bays, and offers valuations and viewings by appointment. It is situated 6 miles from Stansted Airport, 1 mile from Stansted Mountfitchet railway station with its direct link to London Liverpool Street, and 4 miles from M11 Junction 8.
Our expert valuers are available by appointment to appraise a wide range of items, including fine English furniture, Old Master paintings, Decorative Arts, European, Chinese, or Japanese ceramics, glass, silver, coins and medals, jewellery, and textiles.

This exceptional collection of Nigerian Adire indigo textiles, alongside other significant West African fabrics and ceremonial robes, dates from the 1920s onwards.
