HENRY MOORE: Sketchbook, 1980.

HENRY MOORE: Sketchbook, 1980. Raymond Spencer Company Limited, Much Hadham, 1985 (Cramer 670), the set comprising an etching and aquatint in colour, on wove paper, signed by Moore in pencil, numbered B 21/75, loose within the beige paper wrappers (as issued), with a facsimile sketchbook, signed in pencil and numbered 21/75 on a label on the pastedown of back cover. Bound in burgundy canvas-covered boards with the Ann Garrould catalogue, all within a fitted beige paper-covered solander box, in very good condition (portfolio)

Condition Report
Print: some scattered very light foxing close to paper edges.  The printed area of the paper is very lightly waved.  One light vertical very gentle indent running down the paper, almost like a light fold - this is barely visible and only visible from certain angles under a raking light or on the back.
The paper sleeve is light discoloured and with a little very light foxing.

Case: case has light wear and tear, letters on spine of case a little rubbed.

Sketchbook: Spine has just started to come away a little, otherwise very good condition.

If you would like to bid by telephone please contact our team prior to the auction with your details of the lots you are interested in and your full name, address, telephone number(s) and email address. Once our team have entered your bid request you will receive an email confirmation. We will contact you during the sale and one of our team will bid live with you over the phone.

Please note that we normally offer this service for lots with an estimate of £500 or higher and all telephone bid requests must be received by close of business the day before the auction.
