Framed: 73.5 x 53.5cm
Craquelure starting to emerge in places. There is a small loss in the centre of the sitter's forehead and the paint is a little unstable in this area. There are two small pinholes where the canvas has been pierced, one at the at bottom of the sitter's hair on the left hand side and one above the sitter's shoulder on the right side. However, these are only visible on close inspection and do not detract from overall enjoyment of the work. Not examined under UV light, for a full report please contact the department.
