c.1890, of various bottle forms, in turquoise, yellow and green, variously stamped makers' marks and numbers,

Beginning his collecting hobby in 1984, David Sheard spent many years acquiring a range of antiques, scouring charity shops and antique fairs in his spare time, with a particular interest in Arts and Crafts ceramics and pewterware. We are humbled to have offered items from David's collection in our 12 September Homes and Interiors sale, and upcoming 31 October Design sale.

Condition Report
large turquoise - stamped 1610, small blemish to the rim. Appears to be an old defect due to it being glazed over.
large yellow, stamped 1533, crazing to the body 25cm high
turquoise - stamped 1538 and White - crazing 20cm high
green bottle vase - 531 - strut marks to underside, with some loss to the glaze.
Yellow - stamped 531 and impressed with sunbursts, 19cm high
samll green stamped 90 - 14cm
Small stamped 465 - possibly not Burmantofts?
All exhibiting even crazing throughout.
